1. Eligibility for Returns

• Defective or Misprinted Items: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted.
• Custom Orders: Custom designs and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
• Notification Period: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.

2. Return Process

• Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back.
• Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging and include any tags, labels, or accessories.

3. Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
• Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is returned or the item is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Exchanges

• Exchange Policy: If you would prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or design, please indicate this when you contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping charges.
• Defective Exchanges: For defective or misprinted items, we will cover any exchange shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale: Custom and personalized orders are final and cannot be returned unless they are defective or misprinted.
• Clearance Items: Items purchased on clearance may also be non-returnable as stated during the purchase.
